Nutrients of orange
Citrus fruits are known to contain important nutrients. These include vitamin C, folic acid, beta carotene as well as large amounts of fiber. Orange juice is rich in vitamins C, D, A and P, minerals, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sodium and iron, sugars and acids (citric acid, etc.). Early oranges are richer in minerals. Their content of fats and sodium (involved in mechanisms of increasing pressure) is low.
